After losing 30lbs five years ago I now help other women do the same.  I’m passionate about empowering people to build healthier habits, increase their confidence, and take the confusion out of healthy living.
As a culinary nutritionist, author, speaker and writer, I’ve been honoured to be featured on TV and on the web. I believe that the food that we eat defines the life we lead and that food is meant to make you happy, but it should also make you healthy.
