Eating healthy should be easy!
You ARE capable, of building and sticking to healthier eating habits, you just need the right tools, systems and strategies to make it happen.
Wine is okay…sometimes (I have a level 1 sommelier certification in addition to being a certified culinary nutritionist so I know a thing or two about wine)
Just don’t go nuts and enjoy in moderation. If you abolish it from your pleasure seeking kingdom it will only lead to binging down the road when you do drink it again
Coming together to learn, grow and share can help you to reach your goal

SO HOW THE HECK DID HELPING WOMEN BUILD HEALTHIER EATING HABITS BECOME MY THING?
You see, I know first-hand about the agony of trying to eat healthier, sifting through BS nutrition tips and trying to losing weight.
Everything I share with you on this little slice of the web is as a result of my own personal transformation.
You see, I worked in the corporate world providing admin support to the president of a Fortune 500 company and 50 other people across different time zones. I was also taking night classes and was single-handily planning my wedding on my own.
I was stressed, tired, overweight, overwhelmed and frustrated. I also didn’t have a lot of time to cook or workout.
That's when I started to look into what I could do with my busy lifestyle.
TO BE AT A WEIGHT I WAS HAPPY WITH, AND HAVE ALL DAY ENERGY TO BRING ME THROUGH MY LONG DAYS WAS SOMETHING THAT I LONGED FOR CONSTANTLY.
One day it finally hit me - is this the life that I want to live always surrendering to buying bigger pants and feeling depressed and bad about myself?
I knew that I had to make a change and take control of my health and my life.
I started to look up the amazing benefits of whole unprocessed foods and skeptically started adding them to my diet.
I kept eating this way for a few months and lost 30 lbs! I also discovered that these foods gave me more energy than I had in a very long time.
As I started to lose the weight people were like OMG you have this busy stressful job, night school and your planning your wedding all by yourself what are you doing to lose this weight??!!
So I started a blog so that I could help others because I could no longer keep these secrets to myself. I also became a certified Culinary Nutritionist so that I could help others heal their bodies in a more impactful way.
I want to help women like YOU create practical healthier eating habits that you can actually stick to.
I also want to bust the weight loss myths that I uncovered and how women can learn from many of the same mistakes I made when trying to lose weight.
Each week on my blog and on my YouTube channel I share recipes and health hacking tips to help women eat healthier and feel the power of whole foods.
I create healthy living solutions for busy women, and entrepreneurs to help them experience the transformation that is SO possible for them.
