I am a culinary nutritionist, author and speaker who lost 30 lbs by sifting through all of the BS of nutrition and learned time saving health hacks to cut my time in the kitchen in half.

I help busy women build healthy habits by taking the confusion out of healthy living while providing time saving practical health hacks.

To be at a weight I was happy with, and have all day energy to bring me through my long days was something that I longed for constantly….

You see, I know first-hand about the agony of trying to eat healthier, sifting through BS nutrition tips and trying to losing weight.

I worked in the corporate world providing admin support to the president of a Fortune 500 company and 50 other people across different time zones. I was also taking night classes and was single-handily planning my wedding on my own.

I was stressed, tired, overweight, overwhelmed and frustrated. I also didn’t have a lot of time to cook or workout.

one day it finally hit me...


…is this the life that I want to live always surrendering to buying bigger pants and feeling depressed and bad about myself?

I knew that I had to make a change and take control of my health and my life.

I started to look up the amazing benefits of whole unprocessed foods and skeptically started adding them to my diet. I also discovered that these foods gave me more energy than I had in a very long time.

I kept eating this way for a few months and lost 30 lbs! A weight loss that I’ve been able to maintain for 4 years due to building healthy habits!

I now create healthy living solutions for busy women, and entrepreneurs to help them experience the transformation that is SO possible for them while shedding the emotional and physical weight.
